Discord support is genuinely awful. My account is falsely banned for being underaged (I am older than 13). I submitted an appeal containing everything that they request; face, discord username, and birth certificate but they still rejected it saying it "wasn't enough". So I took a better picture and they ignored me for 3 MONTHS. It took a resubmission until they finally responded (which still took them weeks to respond to) and they STILL rejected my appeal. At that point I just gave up trying to get my account back, their support is the worst one I've experienced
